Hinuki Lean Habit Jelly orders placed on the official store are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund, exchange or store credit within that window, subject to the official store's return process.

How to request a return

1. Contact support within 60 days of delivery to start a return and obtain a return authorization (RMA).
2. Non-defective returns should be unused and in their original packaging where required.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
